GETTING HELP

isscfacebooknew

There is help and support out there if you, or someone you know of, are a victim of an assault or incidence of verbal abuse. An overview of some of the support services available is given here.

We encourage you to report any incident. NUSA reps, club and society reps and University staff will all help you if you want some support in making an official report to the police.

If you do not want to report an incident, that is your choice. However, please talk to someone and get some support. Though you may feel like you can cope shortly after an incident, it can take some time before you have a negative reaction.

NUSA is running an anonymous reporting module aimed at those of us who do not want to officially report an incident or have been a victim of verbal abuse. You can find more information on this here.
