Transport Concessions - Am I eligible?
Published Date

Information - Am I eligible: Update 19th October 2011
There has been some discussion about transport concessions since the article in the Australian newspaper.
Below we've prepared a table to help you ascertain whether or not you are eligible for transport concessions.
We are writing to Tim Owen regarding transport concessions, but we need your help!
Please come to NUSA to fill in case sheets, or send an email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Note: Part-time or full-time working domestic students have informed us that they are able to gain a transport concessions. For part-time students, they enrol in a full-time load and then unenrol after receiving the concession, whilst full-time working domestic students do not mention that they work. This is essentially rorting the system, which students should not feel they have to.
More information about eligiblity is available at the NSW Government Transport Page.
