Did you know that NUSA has a professional Grievance Officer?


They can help with a range of issues that could affect you during your study.  Perhaps you feel that there has been a unfair decision made by the university and don't know what to do, or perhaps you have a corrupt landlord who is not adequately maintaining your premises.  We can help with issues like these and many more.

Our Grievance Service is completely confidential and independent from the University.
